CHARLESTON, S.C.—Womble Carlyle attorney David McCormack has been inducted into the South Carolina Chapter of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals for 2016.

The National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals is a professional association whose membership consists of neutrals distinguished by their hands-on experience in the field of civil & commercial conflict resolution, and by their commitment to methods of alternative dispute resolution. 

Membership is by invitation only and limited to mediators and arbitrators who are well established as trusted neutrals amongst the legal community within their state of practice. All Academy members have been found to meet stringent practice criteria and are amongst the most in-demand neutrals in their respective states, as nominated by both peers and litigation firms.

David McCormack litigates employment-related matters, including wrongful termination claims, employment discrimination claims and claims involving non-competition/trade secret agreements. He also serves frequently as a mediator and arbitrator in both employment and commercial disputes. McCormack practices in Womble Carlyle’s Charleston office.
