WASHINGTON, D.C.—Womble Carlyle Telecom attorney John Garziglia continues to examine FCC Commissioner Ajit Pai’s proposed creation of Class C4 FM radio stations Most recently, Garziglia discussed the plan with Radio World.

Garziglia tells Radio World that the Class C4 plan could do more harm than good, because the plan could displace many FM translators carrying AM stations and HD2 signals.
