TYSONS CORNER, VA.—Womble Carlyle attorneys Jeff Cohen and Dean Rutley joined 400 other dealmakers and corporate leaders from the Mid-Atlantic area for ACG National Capital’s 2017 Corporate Growth Awards.

Rutley serves as the ACG’s General Counsel.

Dean Rutley has 30 years of experience representing companies in a wide range of corporate, transactional, and securities matters.
