Portfolio Dispositions and Acquisitions
We represent lessors and equity investors in the acquisition and disposition of lease portfolios comprised of facilities, rail assets, aircraft, vessels, and other types of equipment. We also create titling trusts and master documents for clients seeking to construct lease purchase programs for tax and tax-exempt lease portfolios, thereby providing our clients a system of selling deals and/or portfolios using such master documents.
Vendor Financing Transactions
To serve our vendor finance company clients, we structure finance programs customized to the financial objectives of the parties. The sales finance programs include wholesale funding, master lease purchase, residual advance, software-only, and private label programs, as well as individual portfolio acquisitions. We also advise clients on complex recourse programs as well as the use of bankruptcy-remote special purpose entities to perform transfers of lease receivables and other assets.
