Mergers and Acquisitions
- Public company transactions are governed by a different set of laws—and often have different end goals—than private M&A transactions. We work with middle market and larger public companies to help them acquire, sell, merger, recapitalize and restructure business operations. Our experience includes helping public companies go private and spin off business entities.
