Chris focuses his practice on secured financing, development, acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing of real property. He also advises clients concerning entity selection and organization, including joint ventures, limited liability companies and limited partnerships. He regularly represents publicly-traded REITs, privately held companies, real estate developers, investment funds, and other commercial real estate clients. Chris has significant experience in managing acquisitions, dispositions and financings of multifamily apartment communities throughout the country, including many transactions involving Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and their delegated underwriters and servicers, and also regularly provides advice on legal issues related to multifamily property management.
