Jennifer Cory leads Womble Carlyle Immigration Solutions, which provides management of inbound immigration services for domestic and international employers and investors. Jennifer has practiced immigration law since 1995 and is certified as a Specialist in Immigration Law by the North Carolina State Bar.
Jennifer’s work focuses on employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions, including, but not limited to, preparation of treaty investor/trader visa applications, H-1B temporary worker petitions and L-1 intra-company transfer petitions, as well as applications for permanent employment certification for advanced degree professionals and skilled workers and priority worker petitions for individuals of extraordinary ability, outstanding professors and researchers, and multinational executives and managers.
Jennifer works with clients of all sizes (including start-ups) from a variety of industries including, financial services, information technology, engineering, healthcare, manufacturing, and academia. She also has a wealth of experience conducting I-9 internal audits and compliance training for employers.
She has been rated by her peers with an AV® Peer Review Rating and is listed in the International Who’s Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers, and Best Lawyers in America.
