Nikole Crow's practice is focused on life, health and disability insurance litigation.
Nikole Crow is Counsel in Womble Carlyle’s Business Litigation Practice Group in the firm’s Atlanta office. Her practice is focused on life, health, and disability insurance litigation involving individual and group insurance policies, including those governed by ERISA, and self-funded employee welfare benefit plans.
Nikole has been published in For the Defense, a monthly publication of the Defense Research Institute (March 2006), and has been a contributing author to ERISA Survey of Federal Circuits (American Bar Association 2005 and 2007). Nikole has earned an AV Peer View Rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
In addition to pro bono activities, Nikole is an active member of the Atlanta Bard Association, a committee of the Atlanta Bar Association that writes and produces a biennial all-attorney musical, "A Courthouse Line," with proceeds benefiting the Atlanta Bar Foundation. Nikole has participated in this charitable effort since 2005, and served on the production committee in 2007 and 2015.
