Hardin has a broad range of experience representing life insurance companies, banks, and other institutional investors in real estate transactional matters including commercial real estate finance of all property types, timberland finance, timberland acquisition and disposition, securitized lending transactions and commercial real estate development. Hardin also has substantial experience in commercial law and Uniform Commercial Code law. During economic downturns, Hardin works closely with the Creditor’s Rights and Bankruptcy Group and has substantial experience in dealing with troubled loans and loan workouts including foreclosures, receiverships, and lender liability issues.
