Harrison has significant experience representing contractors, developers and commercial owners regarding drafting and negotiating construction contracts. Harrison also represents contractors and commercial owners in cases involving payment disputes, as well as contractors, subcontractors, developers, design professionals and construction product manufacturers in cases involving alleged construction defects. He also has experience defending surety companies in cases involving performance and payment bonds.
Notably, Harrison has achieved recognition and designation as a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional, the leading professional accreditation in the green, or sustainable, construction and development industry. As a LEED AP, he is among only a select group of attorneys in South Carolina holding this level of accreditation.
