Heather Pruger handles a broad range of corporate/business and commercial transactions, as well as employment law matters. Heather’s background and experience as a corporate attorney and a former employment litigator give her a deep understanding of the challenges that face her clients, while allowing her to help her clients make informed decisions that recognize both immediate and long-term considerations. Her clients range from middle market companies and owner-managed businesses to international companies and include technology companies, government contractors, and professional services companies.
Heather’s experience includes general commercial and transactional matters such as drafting and negotiating commercial, IP, license, and employment-related agreements, and representing both buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions. She also assists companies with a wide array of commercial agreements and transactional issues and handles licensing and regulatory compliance, general corporate governance, restrictive covenant and trade secret, and data privacy and cybersecurity matters.
Heather brings to her corporate and counseling practice a broad litigation and employment background, having represented companies before courts and administrative agencies in both commercial and employment disputes. Heather has extensive experience handling disputes involving electronically stored information and information subject to security clearance requirements.
