Bob Ambler concentrates his practice in matters related to complex and class action litigation, including financial services litigation. As a member of the Financial Services Litigation Team and the Consumer Finance Litigation Team, Bob represents lending institutions, financial services providers and insurance companies in individual and class action litigation matters regarding consumer finance laws, financial products, and sales practices. Bob also represents directors and officers, accountants, broker-dealers, issuers, and shareholders in cases involving all aspects of the state and federal securities and corporate governance laws, including corporate control contests and internal investigations. Additionally, Bob has been lead counsel defending numerous directors and officers of closed banks in lawsuits brought by the FDIC.
