In addition to his work as an employment attorney, Tom served as Co-Chairman of the Northern Virginia Technology Council’s Human Resources Advisory Board and NVTC’s Workforce Development Outreach Subcommittee. Previously, he was appointed to the Fairfax Area Disability Services Board by then-Chairman of the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors and former Congressman, Thomas M. Davis, III, on which he chaired the Standing Committee on the Americans with Disabilities Act.
