This article is reprinted with permission from Legal Times.

The article is one of several that have been written recently by Womble Carlyle attorneys about "green" construction and development. We have accumulated considerable experience in the field and are prepared to work with developers who need to understand the tangle of regulations concerning how to remain "green" or environmentally sensitive.
