Mike Cicero, an IP Litigation attorney in the Atlanta office, and Jennifer Collins, an IP Transaction attorney in the Raleigh office, collaborated on an article discussing the impact of a recent Supreme Court patent decision on patent licensing and litigation. Jennifer and Mike got their article published in the September 2007 edition of the Journal of the Patent and Trademark Office Society ("JPTOS"), a recognized nationwide journal devoted to discussions of topics relating to patent, trademark, and copyright law.
