New ACC InfoPAK Available on Drafting and Interpreting Contracts
November 11, 2010
Nearly every type of business, from the largest global conglomerate to the smallest Mom-‘n’-Pop enterprise, routinely enters into contracts. But what do in-house counsel need to know about contractual agreements?
Womble Carlyle’s experienced contracts attorneys Heather Mallard, Greg Chabon, Jennifer Avriett and Curry Gaskins have prepared a new InfoPAK for Association of Corporate Counsel members on “Drafting and Interpreting Contracts.” The purpose of this InfoPAK is to provide inside counsel who may not have an extensive background in the documentation of commercial transactions with a high-level overview of some best practices for drafting and interpreting contracts under U.S. law.
