About Site Tools

The FCC has just released the 2009 E-Rate Eligible Services List. We have not yet had an opportunity to review it in detail, but an accompanying public notice claims that the Commission declined to adopt any proposed changes. Thus, the list for 2009 should be the same as the list for Funding Year 2008.

Now that the Commission has issued its 2009 list, it is authorizing the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) to open the annual application filing window on November 25, without regard to the requirement that it publish the Eligible Services List at least sixty (60) days prior to the commencement of the filing window.

The following is a link to the Commission’s 2009 list: http://hraunfoss.fcc.gov/edocs_public/attachmatch/FCC-08-265A2.pdf.
