NYSE Proposes Changes To Certain Corporate Governance Requirements

The New York Stock Exchange recently proposed amendments to its listed company corporate governance rules that would clarify certain disclosure requirements and coordinate some disclosure requirements with applicable SEC rules. The proposals, which are subject to SEC review and approval, are intended to take effect on January 1, 2010.
