Allen Gibson Teaches Course on Maximizing Efficiency and Economy in Arbitration

On November 29th Allen Gibson taught an American Arbitration Association University (AAAU) course titled, “Maximizing Efficiency & Economy in Arbitration: Challenges at the Preliminary Hearing”. The overall intent of the program is to help arbitrators discover that they can manage the process with an eye toward containing unnecessary costs and time delays while, at the same time, preserving the sanctity of the traditional arbitration hearing and the fair and just outcomes associated with it.
