Beth Jones to Speak at NCCUPA-HR Conference

Womble Carlyle labor and employment lawyer, Beth Jones, will speak at the North Carolina College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (NCCUPA-HR) "Shifting Gears in HR" Conference to be held October 22-24, 2008 at the Concord Embassy Suites in Concord, North Carolina. Beth's presentation is titled, "Immigration Compliance: E-Verify and Beyond...," and will provide an overview of E-Verify, current recommendations about its use and recent changes in Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) strategies.
