Brani, Caira and Aram to Present ABA Section Consumer Protection Update

Womble Carlyle Advertising, Promotions and Sweepstakes attorneys Carol Brani, Richard Caira and Nadia Aram will lead the monthly ABA Section of Antitrust Law Consumer Protection Update. Sponsored by the ABA Section Committee along with the Private Advertising Litigation and Corporate Counseling Committees, the monthly phone call will will summarize the significant developments in consumer protection law that occurred during June 2010.
The presentation delivered via phone will cover cases, settlements, and other initiatives at the federal and state levels, as well as consumer class actions, Lanham Act litigation, and National Advertising Division case decisions.
The phone presentation will begin at 1 p.m. ET on July 12 and last approximately one hour.
