Eric Breisach to Speak at ACI Advertisers and Marketers Summit - June 16-17
Womble Carlyle Telecommunications lawyer and member in the firm's DC office, Eric Breisach, will speak on a panel at the American Conference Institute's upcoming Regulatory Summit for Advertisers and Marketers. The Summit, held at The Latham Hotel Georgetown in Washington, D.C. on June 16-17, will focus on the industry's regulatory issues and best practices to ensure compliance with the FTC, FCC and other state consumer enforcement divisions. At the conference, leading regulators, administrative officials, in-house counsel, top attorneys in the field, and marketing and advertising executives will also discuss real world applications for campaign management, liability prevention, and effective communication in response to key compliance developments. Eric and his co-panelists will specifically address regulations regarding emerging Internet, mobile and wireless communication technologies.
