Judge Frank Bullock will moderate a panel on "Summary Judgment in Labor and Employment Cases" at the 23rd annual North Carolina/South Carolina Labor and Employment Law Program and Annual Meeting. Others scheduled to participate in the panel discussion are U.S. District Court Judges C. Weston Houck, Robert Conrad Jr. and Cameron Currie.
