Chris Jeffers, Jim Lennon to Speak at DELVACCA In-House Counsel Conference

PHILADELPHIA—Womble Carlyle attorneys Chris Jeffers and Jim Lennon are among the participants at DELVACCA’s Third Annual In-House Counsel Conference.
Lennon will moderate and Jeffers will speak in a panel discussion on “IP Agreements: What Every In-House Lawyer Needs to Know.” They will be joined by Alexander H. Plache, Senior Intellectual Property Counsel at Saint-Gobain Corporation; Jimmie Johnson, Patent Counsel at Johnson Matthey Inc.; and James Goepel, Patent Counsel at Unisys. The discussion is presented by Womble Carlyle.
The day-long event takes place Thursday, April 7th at the Doubletree Hotel in Philadelphia.

Jim Lennon’s national IP litigation and counseling practice is now based out of the patent-centric District of Delaware. Jim has recently been engaged by a variety of defendants in various patent false marking suits. He is particularly focused on winning early exits for clients facing frivolous claims. He practices in Womble Carlyle’s Wilmington, Del., office.
