Dean Rutley to Talk “M&A Post-Fiscal Cliff”

TYSONS CORNER, VA.—Womble Carlyle attorney Dean Rutley will participate in “M&A Post-Fiscal Cliff.” The M&A market is starting to heat up. Does sequestration, the debt ceiling debate, or the current dysfunction in Washington have the ability to derail it?
Rutley will participate in a panel discussion on the M&A perspective. Joining him will be Brooks Gallagher, Managing Director-Private Sales Referral Network for Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Tim Ross, Partner-in-Charge, Northeast Region Tax Services for CliftonLarsonAllen.
Rutley then will moderate a panel discussion on Wealth Structuring and M&A Tax Planning.
The event takes place from 7:30 to 10 a.m. on Thursday, February 21 at the Ritz Carlton Tysons Corner.
