Dr. Sandra Donaldson to Speak at Kansas Association of Defense Counsel Annual Conference

KANSAS CITY, MO.—Womble Carlyle FirmLogic Trial Consulting Director Sandra Donaldson, Ph.D., will speak at the Kansas Association of Defense Counsel Annual Conference.
Dr. Donaldson’s presentation is entitled, “When Size Matters: Managing Corporate Image in Litigation.” She will address such topics as public attitudes toward corporations, managing reputations in the courtroom and identifying jurors’ feelings about large companies.
Dr. Donaldson has more than 20 years of experience in trial research and jury selection. She works with litigation clients on such issues as identifying themes, witness preparation, trial observation and strategy assessment, jury selection and persuasive issues identification. Dr. Donaldson is dedicated to providing the litigant with valid, reliable information that enhances the practice of law in their case, and has assisted a broad spectrum of clients on a variety of legal issues in more than 22 states and territories from Puerto Rico to Alaska.
The conference takes place Dec. 4-5 at the Hyatt Regency Crown Center in Kansas City, Mo.
