E-Discovery Event in Winston-Salem - Sept. 12

Please plan to join Womble Carlyle's E-Discovery Team on Friday, September 12 in the firm's Winston-Salem office for an all-day training program that will cover:

• The Basics of E-Discovery;
• Amended Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and State Rules;
• Duty to Preserve ESI;
• Litigation Hold;
• Rule 26(f) Conference;
• Rule 16(f) Report;
• Privilege Issues;
• Obligations of Outside Counsel;
• Sanctions;
• 30(b)(6) E-Discovery Depositions;
• The Meaning of "Reasonably Accessible";
• The Application of E-Discovery to Subpoenas;
• Collection and Culling of ESI; and
• Risk Management Issues.

The program will be held in the Winston-Salem office Piedmont Room beginning at 9:00 a.m. and concluding at 4:00 p.m. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.

Speakers will include Cal Adams, Mark Henriques, Rick Rice, Mike Holm, Jim Kurz, Ann Quinlan, and Alison Bost.

CLE credit is pending in all jurisdictions for this program.
