Washington, D.C.—Womble Carlyle and the Minnesota and Missouri Broadcast Associations hosted a timely WEBINAR on January 18, 2012 to help state broadcasters prepare for the 2012 election season.
The webinar covered important principles for compliance with political advertising rules. Attendees learned from Bobby Baker, the FCC’s chief lawyer responsible for political broadcast regulation enforcement and Womble Carlyle’s Gregg Skall, communications lawyer and counsel to the Minnesota and Missouri Broadcasters Associations.
