The Mid-Atlantic Venture Association (MAVA) hosted its premier Casino Night event, sponsored by Womble Carlyle, at the beautiful, historic Union Station in Washington, D.C., on Tuesday evening, January 19th. MAVA members and guests enjoyed an evening of terrific networking as they kicked off 2010 in style - with blackjack, poker, roulette and craps games as well as great prizes and awards for various winners. Attendees included a mix of MAVA members and guests from the local venture capital industry and entrepreneurial business community. Representing Womble Carlyle were several professionals from the firm's Tysons Corner and D.C. Offices, including Dean Rutley, Todd Harris, Sanjay Beri, Karl Knoll and Martha McCollum.
