Garth Gersten to Moderate Insurance Law Seminar - March 26

Womble Carlyle attorney Garth Gersten has been selected to moderate and speak at an upcoming insurance law seminar.

The Insurance Bad Faith Claims seminar will be presented by Lorman Educational Services on Wednesday, March 26th at the Ramada Inn Crabtree in Raleigh. Gersten will moderate the seminar as well as speak on both "Establishing Coverage" and "Damages Issues." Some of the topics he will address include: 

• Is coverage needed to prove bad faith? 
• Choice of law issues 
• Burden and standards of proof 
• Unfair practices under NCGS 75-1

The day-long seminar is intended for attorneys and insurance claims handlers.
