Gary Chamblee to Speak on Intercreditor Agreements at ALI/ABA Commercial Lending and Banking Law Program in Scottsdale on January 31st

Gary Chamblee will participate in a panel discussion on “Negotiating Intercreditor Agreements” as part of the ALI-ABA program on Commercial Lending and Banking Law--2009, to be held January 29-31, 2009, at the Scottsdale Plaza Resort, Scottsdale (Phoenix). Gary's practice includes representation of lenders in both corporate finance and real estate finance, including syndicated loan transactions, asset-based loans, construction loans, term loans, commercial loans, mezzanine finance, multi-state loans and cross-border transactions. He also represents lenders in loan workouts and foreclosures. Gary is a Fellow in the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers and is Chair of the ABA Model Intercreditor Agreement Task Force.
