Gregg Skall to Offer Texas Webinar on FCC Political Broadcasting Rules

Womble Carlyle attorney Gregg Skall will present a Webinar on FCC Political Broadcasting Rules to members of the Texas Association of Broadcasters. The one-hour Webinar is scheduled for 2 p.m. on Sept. 1st.
 
Skall will help members understand the FCC’s complex political broadcast rules as the FCC’s fall political window opens and the final advertising push begins Labor Day weekend for the November general election.  He will cover such topics as: 
  • Political advertising rates/“Lowest Unit Charge”
  • Reasonable access
  • Equal opportunities
  • Censorship
  • Sponsorship ID
  • Public file/station recordkeeping
