Veteran Womble Carlyle contracts attorneys Heather Mallard and Greg Chabon presented a CLE Webinar program on “Drafting and Interpreting Contracts.” The one-hour Webinar took place at 2 p.m. EST on Thursday, Jan. 27th.
 
This event follows up on issues Mallard and Chabon discuss in their recent ACC InfoPak, “Drafting and Interpreting Contracts.” Womble Carlyle attorneys Jennifer Avriett and Curry Gaskins also worked on this InfoPAK.
 
The Webinar was presented by the Association of Corporate Counsel’s New to In-House Committee and was sponsored by Womble Carlyle.
