John Garziglia to Participate in International Radio Broadcasters Conference

Womble Carlyle communications attorney John Garziglia will be the sole law firm attorney participating in the upcoming International Broadcasters Idea Bank Conference, to be held Oct. 11-14 in Park City, Utah.
The International Broadcasters Idea Bank is an organization of broadcast radio station owners from the U.S., Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Womble Carlyle, through its representative Garziglia, is the only law firm represented in the group's membership.
Garziglia has represented radio and television broadcasters for nearly two decades, offering personalized assistance in all areas of communications and telecommunications law. His experience includes transactional and contract negotiations for broadcast station mergers and acquisitions, the securing of financing, governmental auctions of new frequencies, license renewals, new stations applications, facility changes, facility upgrades, licensing, and compliance with FCC rules, regulations and policies. He practices in Womble Carlyle's Washington, D.C., office.
