John Hagner to Participate in ABA Commercial Loan Workout Discussion

John Hagner will be a panel speaker in the two-part "Anatomy of a Commercial Loan Workout" teleconference and live audio Web broadcast.

The sessions are designed to give attorneys a better understanding of the applicable regulatory, lender liability, tax, bankruptcy and mortgage laws surrounding commercial loan workouts, including the legal and practice changes that have occurred since the early to mid-1990s.

Part 1 of the panel discussions will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, April 3rd and will focus on "Legal Context, Rules and Forms." Part 2, which focuses on "Finer Points, Rules and Clauses" will be held on April 23rd.
