John Thomson to Speak at Southeastern M&A Forum on Sept. 26

John Thomson, Bankruptcy and Creditor's Rights lawyer in Womble Carlyle's Atlanta office, will serve as a panelist at the 4th Annual Southeastern M&A Forum on September 26, 2008 at The W Hotel in Midtown Atlanta. Thomson’s panel, entitled “Distressed M&A,” will address topics including valuing the distressed company, dealing with competing interests of various stakeholders, and 363 transactions.
