John Thomson to Speak at Workouts Conference in Atlanta on Sept. 5
 

John Thomson, Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights lawyer in Womble Carlyle's Atlanta office, will speak at the Workouts and Remedies in Real Estate Conference at the Four Seasons Hotel in Atlanta on September 5, 2008.

At the conference, John will give a bankruptcy attorney's perspective in a panel entitled, "Developing Effective Workout and Litigation Strategies: Avoiding Litigation If You Can and Maintaining a Strong Position If You Can't."
