Judge Frank Bullock spent 24 years on the Federal Bench as a U.S. District Court Judge before coming to Womble Carlyle to help lead the firm’s Alternative Dispute Resolution practice. On Thursday, April 15^th, he will speak to the Greensboro Bar Association on “What the Occasional Federal Practitioner Should Know About Federal Court.”
