Judge Frank Bullock Spoke at Alternative Dispute Resolution Program

GREENSBORO—Judge Frank Bullock was among the speakers at the upcoming Alternative Dispute Resolution for Antitrust and Other Complex Litigation program, sponsored by the North Carolina Bar Association Foundation.
 
Judge Bullock participated in a panel discussion on “Mediating Antitrust and Complex Litigation.” The event took place Friday, April 30th, at the Grandover Resort & Conference Center in Greensboro.
 
The program offered an inside look at alternative dispute resolution in the context of antitrust cases and in other complex litigation. Topics included:
  • Arbitration and mediation
  • Enforcing arbitration agreements
  • Limits on settlement agreements and other mediation-related issues
  • Ethical issues arising in complex cases.
Judge Bullock spent 24 years as a U.S. District Court Judge in North Carolina. He now is a leader of Womble Carlyle’s Alternative Dispute Resolution practice.
