Mark Desgrossielliers to Present Strategies for IP License Enforcement in a Bankruptcy

On Wednesday, May 27th, Mark Desgrosseilliers, a bankruptcy attorney in the firm's Wilmington, Delaware office, will participate in a live 90-minute CLE teleconference presented by Strafford Publications. This seminar will review the Bankruptcy Code provisions that govern IP licenses, analyze the issue from both the licensor and licensee perspective, discuss the recent courts decisions, and offer best practices for dealing with IP licenses in a bankruptcy estate.
