Mike Busenkell Speaks at FBA Bankruptcy Litigation Advocacy Program

WILMINGTON, DEL.—Womble Carlyle attorney Mike Busenkell was among the speakers at the Federal Bar Association’s Bankruptcy Litigation Advocacy Program, held March 11th.
Buskenkell was part of a panel discussion titled, “Effective Motion Practice.” Topics discussed included:

- The role of Delaware counsel.
Mike Busenkell concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate bankruptcy, creditors' rights and commercial and corporate litigation. He has represented the interests of all types of parties in many large bankruptcies, including representation of debtors and debtors-in-possession, secured lenders, unsecured creditors and trustee in chapter 7 and chapter 11 proceedings, and representation of post-confirmation estates. He practices in Womble Carlyle’s Wilmington, Del., office.
