On November 16th, Independent Cable News and Womble Carlyle presented, “Privacy for Independent Cable – Obligations and opportunities in a rapidly changing framework.” During the free webinar, experienced Womble Carlyle communications attorneys Eric Breisach and Rebecca Jacobs, outlined important laws and walked attendees through proper ways to handle potentially risky situations when dealing with privacy for independent cable providers.

Eric, a Certified Information Privacy Professional, and Rebecca offered insight to relevant privacy laws governing the industry, likely changes and practical considerations to comply with privacy requirements.
