Bill Ragland, member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group in Womble Carlyle’s Atlanta office, will speak at The Corporate IP Institute at Georgia State University in Atlanta on November 3-4, 2009.  Bill will moderate a panel entitled “Trademark Issues: Off the Beaten Path” which will cover trademark licensing issues, the protection of non-traditional marks, and IP clearance for private label deals. Panelists will include Leo Cook, Director, Legal of HD Supply and Bruce Siegal, Senior VP and General Counsel of IMG College/The Collegiate Licensing Company.
