Holly Emrick Svetz, a Government Contracts attorney in the firm’s Northern Virginia office, spoke to the Aerospace Industries Association Intellectual Property Committee on October 20, 2009, about a non-disclosure agreement and clause the Department of Defense (DoD) is forcing contractors to accept that grants its support contractors the right to access, use and disclose trade secrets and proprietary information.
