Recap: Holly Svetz Speaks to IDCC on New DoD Handbooks

Holly Emrick Svetz, a Government Contracts attorney in the firm’s Northern Virginia, office spoke to the Integrated Dual-Use Commercial Companies (IDCC) on October 21, 2009. IDCC, was formed in 1991 by major commercial firms dedicated to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of Federal government procurement and R&D interaction with commercial firms. Members include companies performing significant R&D with a small amount of government sales.
