Trials, Trends and Tips for Residential Mortgage Lenders and Servicers Webinar 

On February 21, 2008, members of Womble Carlyle's Financial Services Litigation team conducted a webinar on Mortgage Servicing, a topic of considerable economic importance. As default and foreclosure rates rise in residential mortgage lending transactions, new compliance and risk-mitigation challenges are emerging for residential mortgage lenders and loan servicers. This special webinar identified and explored significant trends in regulation, litigation and enforcement, with an emphasis on practical steps that are important now. The presenters are experienced members of the Womble Carlyle's Consumer Financial Services Litigation Team practicing in the Firm's Charlotte office.
