Shipley and McLamb Present at NBI Seminar

Real estate lawyers, Nellie Shipley and Anna McLamb, of the firm's Raleigh, North Carolina office will present at the National Business Institute’s (NBI) seminar titled, “The Real Estate Development Approval Process: Tips Techniques & Strategies for Overcoming Common Challenges.” The seminar will be held November 15, 2007, at the Hilton North Raleigh. Nellie and Anna will discuss the zoning and development approval process, as well as trends in development including development agreements and development moratorium rules. This program has been approved for continuing legal and surveyor education credit.
