Shipley to Speak at Green Development Workshop

Real Estate lawyer, Nellie Shipley, will speak at an intensive one-day workshop titled, "Green Development: New and unique legal issues; current realities and pending regulation," to be held at the U.S. National Whitewater Center in Charlotte, North Carolina on November 14, 2008. Nellie will focus her presentation on green financing and will provide an overview of the push for green-certified building and securing debt and equity financing for green development.
The workshop will be hosted by Law Seminars International and attended by lawyers, real estate developers, corporate managers, environmental and sustainability professionals and consultants and lenders. Attendees will learn about the following topics:
