Steve Bell to Speak on “Creating a Law Firm Sales Culture”

WASHINGTON, D.C.—Womble Carlyle Chief Client Development Officer Steve Bell will speak on “Creating a Law Firm Sales Culture” at an upcoming meeting of the Legal Marketing Association’s Capital Chapter. The presentation will take place from 12:30-2 p.m. on Tuesday, January 31st at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Washington, D.C.
Womble Carlyle was a pioneer in creating a sales department inside a law firm. Today, law firms large and small are following suit based in large part on the successful example that Womble set. As the legal industry’s first director of sales, Steve Bell led the development of Womble Carlyle’s sales department and will share his process and strategy for effectively creating a sales culture within a law firm setting.
Bell has more than 20 years of experience in professional services marketing and sales to a wide range of companies from start ups to major multinationals. Bell co-founded the Sales Department at PriceWaterhouse and he founded Sales at accounting firm Grant Thornton.
