Michael Sullivan to Speak at Asbestos Litigation Conference - Sept. 23

Michael Sullivan, member of the Product Liability Practice Group in Womble Carlyle’s Atlanta office, will speak at Mealey’s National Asbestos Litigation SuperConference on September 23, 2008 at the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona. Sullivan will participate in a panel session entitled “The Latest on Removal,” which will cover issues of Fraudulent joinder and removal, Federal officer removal, and Federal enclave removal.
